The Research Week 2027 sections are pivotal elements in ensuring a sustainable and innovative future, each focusing on crucial areas that collectively drive societal progress.

Together the Research Week 2027 programme forms a seamless narrative, where health, scientific innovation, and societal welfare are addressed through a unified lens. This interconnected approach ensures that breakthroughs in one field can complement and drive progress in others, ultimately fostering a future where innovation, sustainability, and societal well-being are closely aligned.

Format

RW2027 is a hybrid event with on-site and online participation. Information on how to register will follow.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English and Latvian

Key Dates

The dates for ISC are different to those of RW2027 and ISC2027 information is available in the ISC2027 conference website:

  • Abstract submission deadline 15 December (23:59)
  • Abstract notification of acceptance sent by: 28 February 2027
  • Uploading poster and oral presentations on Exordo system and virtual platform (posters only): 23:59, 8 March 2027
  • Registration for participants opens in February

Continuing Medical Education

Attending the conference is certified with 8 CME credits/day.

Registration

Achievements and development of Science is one of the top priorities of Rīga Stradiņš University, therefore attendance to RW2027 is free of charge.

Registration for participants is not open yet

Conference Accreditation

In order to receive CME credits you must register online and actively participate in RW. More information on registration and attendance will follow after abstract submission is finished.

We would like to inform you that presentations submitted to the RSU Research Week, as well as posters, are publicly accessible and available for download for study and research purposes.

Each Research Week participant certifies their compliance with third party intellectual property rights when creating (performing) their material, thus indemnifying the Commissioning party against third party claims.
